Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient receiving, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a dynamic work environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, teamwork, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
