1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for 1st Shift at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with the team and warehouse management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies including conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
